The Founder

Louis Gerzofsky has specialized in the recruitment of Capital and Treasury markets professionals since 1985. He has successfully recruited for a wide variety of commercial and investment banks in the United States, Asia, Europe, and South America. Prior to founding GTR in 1991 he managed the Capital Markets practices of two international executive search firms.

As a career coach, he has assisted a diverse community of people from both the buy and sell side who needed the services of a consultant, a fellow professional who spoke their language and understood the extreme sensitivity of the issues they regularly faced. His coaching clients always knew they had — and have — a ‘safe zone’ in which they could discuss their concerns in complete privacy while they focused on solutions.
